Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our client, a remarkable community of ambitious women dedicated to advancing their careers, entrepreneurship, and personal growth, is looking for a female Digital Marketer. As the Digital Marketer you will be responsible for the brand promotion and you’ll do well in this role if you’re genuinely interested in women’s empowerment and education.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media: Own all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ensuring consistent and engaging content updates
Strategy: Design and implement an effective digital marketing strategy tailored to our audience
Email Marketing: Create email templates and facilitate their use; Craft and optimize impactful email marketing campaigns
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and impressions. Provide regular performance reports and recommend areas of improvement.
CRM Integration: Ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns into our CRM tool and support the broader team in delivering quality leads and business opportunities to the sales team.
Work with the Community Manager to design courses, webinars, and workshops for the members.
Lead all content creation including podcasts, blog posts, ebooks, and videos.
Prepare content for blogs and press on relevant news and product launches.
Develop, implement, and maintain a unified brand image that reflects the company’s values, mission, and strategic objectives.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in marketing and/or communications roles.
Proficiency in communication tools, social media tools, and platforms.
Familiarity with data analytics to measure communication effectiveness.
Strong understanding of and interest in social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging and creative content.
Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting to measure social media performance.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
